If you choose a toupe with foil bottom, the average shelf life is 3-4 months. This type of toupe can be both glued and taped on. Depending on the type of fortress you use, service and cleaning will be needed at Toftild every four weeks.
In a foil base, the hairs are attached and the bottom is coated with a fine layer of PU, which means that this type of toupe has a longer life than Micro Thin Skin.
Therefore, this type of bottom is just suitable for being cleaned and attached again.
