At Toftild Alternative Hair we always want to give you the best experience if it is in our salons or on the webshop. Therefore, you can always contact us and we will receive your inquiry with a smile.
1. Prices
Aller prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner. Prices are valid within Denmark's borders, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Reservations are made for technical errors on the webshop prices.
2. Payment options
The payment can be made as follows:

- Anday (partial payment)
2.1 Anday partial payment
We offer payment with Anday partial payment, which means you can divide the payment of your order into either 4, 6, 8 or 10 installments that run over 4-10 months. The first installment is done when ordering. Anday partial payment can be used in connection with payment of orders at a total amount of at least DKK 300. There are no additional fees for you as a customer by using Anday, however, you must be created as a user at Anday. Pay payment with Anday is only available via online shopping at Toftild.com, and thus does not apply in our physical stores and cannot be used to pay treatments with. 2.2 Payment with Requisition
You can get reimbursement for wig and headwear, If you undergo a treatment that means you lose your hair. Have you received a requisition from your region to headwear, Can you buy headwear at Toftild's webshop, and send the receipt to the region afterwards. You will receive a refund up to the grant limit. If you exceed the subsidy amount, you simply pay the difference yourself.
2.3 Apply discount codes or gift cards
If you have received a gift card, you can apply this when you shop in a store or on Toftild.com. Have you received a discount code, it can only applied to toftild.com.
NOTE! Have you forgotten to add discount code or gift card on your order is it not possible to add it subsequently. If you wish to add discount code/gift card you must contact Info@Toftild.com or 98103211, within Your order is packed in order to cancel the order. Next, make the order again and use the desired discount code/gift card.
3. Shipping and shipping prices
Delivery in Denmark takes place with GLS Package Service. GLS brings out packages all weekdays in the period at. 8-16. If you do not meet at home at the time of delivery, you will be notified in which GLS parcel shop you can pick up your package. Alternatively, you can choose another delivery address, such as your workplace or issue a power of attorney to GLS. NOTE! GLS must not place the package without a power of attorney from you. This power of attorney can be completed at GLS website.

4. Delivery
The delivery time is typically 1-2 business days if you order before noon. 12.00. We pack and send orders all weekdays. Orders placed on weekdays are sent as far as possible on the same day or the following day. We do not send on weekends and on holidays. During Christmas and summer holidays, longer delivery time can be expected.
Reservations are made for sold out items as well as delayed delivery time with our suppliers.
Toftild cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS.
In case of unpacked packages, the shipping and administration fee of DKK 69 will be invoiced.
4.1 Pick -up in store
The pickup is done at Budolfi Plads 9, 9000 Aalborg. If you choose pick -up in the store, the order must be picked up in the course of 7 business days, otherwise the order will be canceled. Payment will only be raised when you pick up the order.
4.2 Incorrectly applied address by order
Check your address information an extra time. Have you applied an incorrect address, postcode or city, spends GLS time to rewrite the package and therefore you will be charged an handling fee of 60 kr.
5. The right of withdrawal
You have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop at www.toftild.com.
The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you received your goods or that these are picked up at the post office/parcel box. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
! NOTE! You cannot undo by refusing receipt of the item.
All items must be in the same condition and original packaging when you send them back, as when you received them. If the item has been used or tried in addition, we consider the product as used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you only get a part or none of the purchase amount return, depending on the value of the item at the time of purchase.
When purchasing hair parts such as hair elastic with hair, tupeer, wigs, hair toppers and Beauty Works products Do you have 14 days right of withdrawal, cf. the Consumer Agreement Act. If you want to use the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original packaging and it must not have been used. This also means that there must be no cut in either the hair or the product's assembly, including LACE, online floor, foil bottom or other parts of the Monduren. In addition, labels, e.g. price tags, not be removed.
Please note that if the product has been used or changed, the right of withdrawal lapses, as hair parts are considered personal and hygiene -sensitive goods.
6. Returns
When the item is returned and the right of withdrawal is exercised, it can only happen if the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be returned to us without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the item.
! NOTE! It is not possible to return webshop order in the physical store, without prior agreement with customer service.
Upon return, you are responsible for the item being properly wrapped and you are responsible for the cost of the return. You can buy return label through our Return portal.
Note! We do not receive packages sent by demand, for delivery in parcel shop or similar.

6.1 Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, we will of course refund your money. In the event of a impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. The repayment is made on the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.

When you shop at www.toftild.com you have 2 years warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or reject in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that errors and deficiencies have not occurred as a result of a faulty use of the product or other injurious behavior.
Since wigs, hair toppers, toupeer, etc. Are body -borne products will occur an individual and natural wear on the product, Why the right of complaint of 2 years does not apply to these products.
If you think there is a production error, we ask you to submit a picture of the error as well as a description to info@toftild.com, after which we will assess the error and find possible exchange or replacement of the product. The item must only be submitted after customer service has requested this.
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you discover the error on the item. If you are advertising within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is entitled, of course, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for the dispatch so that we can repay your shipping costs.
