Care guidance for artificial fiber hair

Your new hair should be treated gently. With the right care, you ensure that the wig lasts longer, retains its shine and fullness. The warranty provided by Toftild only applies to manufacturing defects. You have to make sure to give the hair the right care.

Keep the wig away from heat sources (stove, candles, steam from boiling water, oven door and the like), as fiber hair can otherwise melt. Never use blow dryer, curling iron or straightener on fiber hair as it can melt again.

Sleep or don't rest with the wig on. Instead, use a night hat or turban.

Hair washing

Apply only special care products developed for fiber hair and washing in cold water. We recommend Toftilds Care series for fiber hair. Mix approx. 1 tablespoon of shampoo with 1 liter of cold water. Leave the hair soak for 2-5 minutes. Do not rub or twist your hair when you wash the wig as it can change the wig's fit. This is especially important when rinsing and drying your hair. Rinse the shampoo with cold water. Rinse from top to bottom so you avoid the hair filtering.

To preserve the flexibility of the hair, use conditioner After each wash. Mix approx. 1 tablespoon of conditioner with 1 liter of cold water and let the hair soak for 5-10 minutes. Balsam must not Rinse out of the hair! Simply pick up the wig and put it in a towel. Gently squeeze the water out without twisting or rubbing your hair.

Now hold on to the wig in the front and shake it quite lightly. Then you put your hair for air -drying on a wig rack. Do not replace the wig rack with a flamingo head - it is important that the wig can ventilate.

How often do you have to wash your fiber hair paryk depends on how much you use it. With daily use, it may be necessary to wash it regularly to preserve its natural appearance and shine. On the other hand, the occasional use of the wig may allow a longer period between each wash.

Styling

We recommend that you use Toftild Nursing Oil 2-3 times a week to preserve the brilliance of the hair. Spray 2-3 times approx. 30 cm from the hair in dry hair, so it is only the dust from the care oil that hits the hair lengths.

Apply one Small brush or wide -tooth comb to put your hairstyle.

Never use blow dryer, curling iron or straightener on the wig. Also, do not use hair color or other products with color.

You can easily apply styling products in your wig but they bowl could be washed out with cold water. We have a row Styling products for fiber hair.

After 4-5 months, the hairstyle may tend to collapse slightly. If that happens, we recommend that you book time to get the wig refreshed at Toftild. Here the wig is washed, the hairstyle lifted and possibly. Curl is recreated.
