Ever since the late 1970s, our growing specialist house has been underway at Budolfi Plads in the heart of Aalborg. Back then, the business was called Toftild's Toupé and Wig Atelier - and today the store has evolved to be one of the leading experts in the country when it comes to alternative hair. Most Aalborgs know well where to go if they are missing a wig in Aalborg - but today the business also has departments in Aarhus and Copenhagen.

The Toftild department in Aalborg is still the country's largest. Here, a safe environment of kindness, care and competence has been created, for which we are recognized by many of the customers we have had in our knowledgeable hands over the past four decades. Today, the business acts as a knowledge center for everything that has to do with wigs and other forms of alternative hair. All of our specialists are trained hairdressers through the official education and have then undergone an education in alternative hair at Toftild - and in addition they have the heart in a very special place.
For it requires a very special human view to be a wig specialist. It requires that one has a heartfelt desire to help others. And we are more than happy that we have managed to do throughout all those years.
Private Treatment Room
When you have a time at one of our alternative hairdressers, it takes place in a safe environment in a private treat room.
At your first visit, together with the hairdresser you will talk about what solutions are available and together you will find the best solution for you.
Each visit takes place in the private treatment rooms. And if you are not much to see yourself without hair on your head, we have the opportunity to cover the mirror with a roller blind.
Turvans and Hair Care
In the shop we have a large selection of turbans, scarves and sun hats. We have a rehearsal room where you can try the headgear in peace and quiet.
In addition, we also have a large selection of hair care for all hair types - fiber hair, real hair's hair parts and natural hair.
Toftilds mascot
At Toftild Aalborg you can meet Lille Carla, a regular part of the staff group. She is very social and loves to be cuddled.
