Are You a New Customer?

As a new customer (chemotherapy patients excluded – you must read more here) you must complete an online consultation with Lise Toftild. You do this by filling out the form below.

The online consultation is free of charge. Lise will respond within 7 business days with suggestions on which solutions may be suitable for you, as well as pricing. If you would like to come in for an in-person consultation, the service is only available in Denmark. If you have a municipal grant (medical voucher), the consultation is free of charge. Lise will help you schedule an appointment, as you cannot book it yourself.

When you have an appointment, you will be welcomed into a private consultation room and speak with one of our experienced hairdressers. The hairdresser will explain the different options we recommend for you, and together you will find the solution that suits you best. You may also need some time to consider your options, and that is completely fine.
