We would like to explain how we apply a Toftild Hair for Life® toupee. It is attached with adhesive to give you the optimal feeling of freedom and the ability to choose everyday activities without having to think about your toupee. Our focus is always to create a solution tailored exactly to you. We specialize in individual solutions where you and your needs are at the center.

Below, we describe how we typically apply a toupee.

• The scalp is cleansed and prepared for the attachment of the toupee. Toupees are available with different base constructions – together we find the solution that suits you best.
• The toupee is individually adjusted to ensure optimal integration with your own hair for a 100% natural look. Medical-grade skin adhesive or medical tape is then applied, depending on the solution you prefer.
• The toupee is carefully fitted and attached using medical skin adhesive or tape.
• The toupee is cut and styled into the desired hairstyle.

Application and servicing of a toupee at Toftild takes approximately two hours. Our toupees are made with an ultra-fine and thin base, ensuring the edge looks completely natural.
