If you choose a mesh base, you get a toupee with excellent breathability. This type may therefore be a great solution for you if you often feel warm or sweat a lot.

With a mesh base, the average durability is 3–4 months. This type can be attached with both adhesive and tape. Depending on the type of attachment you use, servicing and cleaning at Toftild will be required every four weeks.

In a mesh base, the hairs are knotted in by hand, which makes this base type particularly suitable for cleaning and reattachment.

If you use tape on your toupee, the adhesive strength of the tape will determine how long the toupee stays attached to the scalp.
