If you choose a mesh base, you get a toupee with high breathability. This type may therefore be ideal for you if you often feel warm or sweat a lot.

With a mesh base, the average durability is 3–4 months. This type can be attached using both adhesive and tape. Depending on the attachment method you use, service and cleaning at Toftild will be required approximately every four weeks.

In a mesh base, the hairs are hand-tied, which makes this base type particularly suitable for cleaning and reattachment.

If you use tape on your toupee, the adhesive strength of the tape will determine how long the toupee stays attached to the scalp.
