With a mesh base, the average durability is 3–4 months. This type can be attached with both glue and tape. Depending on the attachment method you use, servicing and cleaning at Toftild will be needed approximately every four weeks.

In a mesh base, the hairs are knotted into the base, making this type suitable for cleaning and reattachment.

If you use tape on your toupee, the tape’s adhesive strength will determine how long the toupee stays attached to your scalp.
