If you choose a mesh base, you get a toupee with breathability. Therefore, this type may be a solution for you if you often feel warm or sweat a lot.

With a mesh base, the average durability is 3–4 months. This type can be attached using adhesive or tape. Depending on the type of attachment you use, service and cleaning at Toftild will be required every fourth week.

In a mesh base, the hairs are knotted in, which makes this type of base particularly suitable for cleaning and reattachment.

If you use tape on your toupee, the adhesive strength of the tape will determine how long the toupee stays attached to the scalp.
