When you choose a mesh base, you get a toupee with excellent breathability. This type may therefore be a great solution if you often feel warm or sweat a lot.

With a mesh base, the average durability is 3–4 months. This type can be attached using both adhesive and tape. Depending on your chosen attachment method, service and cleaning at Toftild will be needed every four weeks.

In a mesh base, the hairs are hand-tied, making this base type especially suitable for cleaning and reattachment.

If you use tape for your toupee, the adhesive strength of the tape will determine how long the toupee stays attached to the scalp.
