If you choose a mesh base, you get a toupee with excellent breathability. This type may be an ideal solution if you often feel warm or sweat a lot.

With a mesh base, the average durability is 3–4 months. This type can be attached using both adhesive and tape. Depending on the type of attachment you use, service and cleaning at Toftild will be required every fourth week.

In a mesh base, the hairs are knotted into the base, making this construction especially suitable for cleaning and reattachment.

If you use tape for your toupee, the adhesive strength of the tape will determine how long the toupee stays attached to the scalp.
