If you choose a lace base, you get a toupee with excellent breathability. This type may therefore be a great solution if you often feel warm or sweat a lot.

With a lace base, the average durability is 3–4 months. This type can be attached using both adhesive and tape. Depending on the attachment method you use, service and cleaning at Toftild will be required every fourth week.

In a lace base, the hairs are individually knotted in, making this base type particularly suitable for cleaning and reattachment.

If you use tape on your toupee, the adhesive strength of the tape will determine how long the toupee remains attached to the scalp.
