When I Found the Perfect Wig for Me, I Was So Happy

After thinking about it for a long time, I decided to try wearing a wig. At first, I wasn’t very keen on the idea. But if I had known how wonderful it actually is to wear a wig, I would have done it much sooner!

I have alopecia and had heard from several others with the same condition that Toftild was a great place to go if you need a wig – and I completely agree! I was very happy when I saw the wide selection of wigs that Claus Toftild presented to me. It was an amazing feeling to have several great options to choose from. It made me feel safe, and I thought that I would probably find one that suited my taste – and I did!

After I found the perfect wig for me, I have been – and still am – very happy with it. The wig, which truly looks like natural hair, has made everyday life easier, as I can take it off and put it on depending on how I feel. Being able to be bald when I want to be bald, or have hair when I want to have hair, is simply so wonderful!

I actually experience that there are SO many benefits to being bald, or not having as much hair as some other people do. I truly believe it’s important to remember that there will always be something positive in what you might not have felt was the best situation at first. That is a message I would love to help share with other young people in the same situation as me.
